Hello! I’m in search of some advice regarding vaccinations and preparing my cat for our arrival in Europe next year. We are going to make the journey from Central America in March as long as all goes well, but I don’t really know where to start in getting prepared for the journey – and more specifically, the arrival. The last thing I want is for my cat to get stuck in some awful quarantine, or worse, be sent away without being allowed in. Does anyone have some good resources to share regarding the rules and regulations? I know that rabies will definitely be required, but it’s everything else that I’m not finding good info on – Especially since we plan to travel over the following year or so. Do we really need to get new documentation for every border we cross? How much of a hassle do these things turn out to be? Is it super time-consuming? More importantly, has anyone had any BAD experiences, and advice on how to avoid getting caught in the same situation? For all your advice, I am eternally grateful. Thanks!!!
